The property, built in 2009, consists of an office building located in Sant Cugat del Vallés. The asset has a gross lettable area of 19,844 sq. m., distributed on the ground floor, first floor, second floor and a landscaped area. The asset also has 248 underground parking spaces, 153 outdoor parking spaces and 8 spaces for motorcycles.

Currently, on this plot there are obsolete industrial buildings subject to demolition, with an approximate surface area of 5,930 sq. m. Although the land has all infrastructure works completed and is prepared for development, some accesses must be reconfigured so that it can more readily be used for logistics purposes.
